Alan D. Surchin, Esq.
Alan D. Surchin graduated from the Duke University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Surchin is a native New Yorker who began his legal career in the corporate department of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. After several years practicing with Simpson Thacher’s mergers & acquisitions and private equity groups, Mr. Surchin joined the entrepreneurial technology law group at Kramer Levin Naftalis and Frankel. Mr. Surchin went on to found a venture capital firm specializing in the early-stage financing of high-growth technology companies before joining Pittleman.
Mr. Surchin conducts legal searches for law firms, financial houses, hedge funds and corporations in a wide array of industries. He works with attorneys of all levels, from junior associates to partners and general counsels.
