Eden P. Quainton, Esq.
Eden Quainton, Esq graduated summa cum laude from Yale University and with distinction from Stanford University Law School, where he was an Associate Editor of the Law Review. He began his legal career in the litigation department of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. When Mr Quainton shifted his focus to international corporate transactional work, Pittleman & Associates placed him at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he worked in the firm’s New York and London offices, and then with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Paris, where he became a partner.
At Skadden, Mr. Quainton handled financing and M&A transactions throughout Europe, the former Soviet Union and Asia, and was recognized as a ‘recommended lawyer’ by PLI in Capital Markets transactions. His practice included multi-jurisdictional, often multi-billion dollar privatizations and global offerings in aviation, aerospace, energy and telecommunications, as well as financings and acquisitions for Internet, high-tech and alternative energy growth companies.
Eden has also worked in business, practiced in house and been a partner with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s European Lateral Partner hiring committee. Eden now brings his broad experience and perspective to others going through career changes.
Eden speaks French, Russian and Spanish and assists law firms, corporations and investment banks in attracting the highest quality associates and partners for their international operations and transactions, and in his other areas of expertise, including capital markets, energy and telecommunications.
