Elizabeth Wubneh, Esq. is a graduate from NYU School of Law and Rutgers University, where she was a James Dickson Carr Scholar.
Ms. Wubneh’s legal career began at Parker Chapin Flattau & Klimpl LLP as a corporate associate handling securities, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and general corporate transactions. After three years at Parker Chapin, Ms. Wubneh joined King & Spalding LLP, where she worked in the firm’s financial transactions practice group representing companies, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions in various financial transactions, including syndicated loans, structured financings, private placements of debt and acquisition financings.
Ms. Wubneh conducts legal searches for law firms, investment banks and corporations in various industries in all substantive areas of law.
