Prior to joining Pittleman & Associates, Elizabeth Wubneh, Esq. practiced at King & Spalding LLP, where she worked in the firm’s Financial Transactions Practice Group representing companies, banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions in various financial transactions, including syndicated loans, structured financings, private placements of debt and acquisition financings. Ms. Wubneh’s area of expertise also include securities, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and general corporate transactions. She is a graduate of NYU School of Law and Rutgers University.
Ms. Wubneh conducts legal searches for law firms, investment banks, hedge funds and corporations in various industries in all substantive areas of law.
