Lauren Amanda Adler, Esq., graduated with honors from Cornell University and from Cornell Law School. After working in the legal departments of the National Hockey League and the National Basketball Association, Lauren Amanda joined their outside counsel, Proskauer Rose LLP. She worked on a broad range of corporate transactions including public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, fund formations, real estate financings, cable programming and media agreements, securities compliance and corporate governance.
In addition to her professional experience, Ms. Adler spent two years traveling the world, exposing herself to a wide array of personalities and cultures. She is passionate about understanding the needs and desires of her candidates and clients and offers personalized solutions that facilitate career growth and success.
