Melanie M. Williams
A cum laude graduate of Duke University, Melanie has been helping attorneys make informed decisions about their careers with Pittleman & Associates since 2003. She specializes in placing attorneys in-house and has done so with entertainment corporations, investment banks, and Fortune 500 companies. Melanie also works on long term goals with associates to help them make the right move today to facilitate their ultimate goal for the future.
Her long term strategies with more junior candidates include making calculated lateral moves to gain more hands-on experience in either a more focused area of practice or one with a more general legal scope that leads to partnership opportunities and in-house placements. Melanie is also the Founder and Artistic Director of the Red Fern Theatre Company.
